Was in Dallas last week for training. Didn’t have much fun in Dallas being stuck on the outskirts of the city, really had nothing to do and or see at night besides a humongoid mall right next to our hotel. One of our dinners was at the Prime Rib joint, Lawrys. Did the spinning salad and meat cart just like House of Prime Rib. I still like HOPR better.
4 hour flight back into Cali Friday night, and as soon as I landed at 9pm, I was picked up and on a 5 hour car ride up to Lake Tahoe. 5 bedroom 3 bath house on A lake, not THE lake. Was fun and relaxing. Food, fun, games, snowboarding, and good company. Can’t be beat.
Got home Sunday night. 3 days of work, and then I’m off to beantown.

passed my CISA exam. Now just need 1.5 more years of experience out of 5 to be fully certed. I think Imma tackle the CISSP by the end of this year….i hope….
ok, so i’ll be heading off to dallas in a week, for a week. anyone know what to do in dallas?
then once i get back, a few days later i’ll be back off to beantown for a few days…
i’ve never done so much concentrated traveling before in my life…i could count the times i’ve been on a plane my whole life in one hand up until last year. since last year, excluding my weekly seattle flights, i’ve flown somewhere prob once a month? it’s still not a lot compared to some other folks, but it sure’s the heck of a lot for me 
anyway, i’m rambling…just a quickie post…hopefully i’ll have some pics next time i post.
